INGREDIENTS
1 orange, juiced
½ lemon or lime, juiced
1 apple
3 celery stalks
6 medium kale leaves, stems removed
DIRECTIONS
Use a hand or electric juicer for the orange juice and lemon juice. Set
aside. Juice remaining ingredients in order listed, pour into a glass,
and stir in citrus juices. (Oranges and lemons can also be peeled and
seeded and juiced in the juicer.)
